The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is a global leader in advancing patient safety,
quality improvement, and health system transformation through education, research, and
collaboration. The IHI UG student Chapter is a dedicated academic initiative focused on
enhancing healthcare quality, improving patient safety, and fostering a culture of continuous
learning and innovation. As a proud collaborator with the Georgian Health Quality Forum,
our mission is to equip future health professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary
to identify and address system inefficiencies, reduce medical errors, and implement
evidence-based improvements in healthcare. Through education, collaboration, and hands-
on experiences, we empower students to become proactive leaders in shaping a safer, more
effective healthcare system.
